Description & Requirements
If you're a new graduate Registered Nurse looking to build real clinical experience in a structured, supportive environment, this role offers exactly that.
Based at Bupa Winara Care Home in Waikanae, this fixed-term position runs through to January 2027 and focuses on consistent morning shifts only, 32 hours per week. No rotating roster, no nights, no unpredictability. Just a clear routine where you can develop your skills with focus.
You’ll be working closely with experienced nurses and care teams, managing resident care, following established clinical plans, and building confidence in documentation, medication rounds, and day-to-day decision-making. This is hands-on nursing with time to learn, not just keep up.
This role is well suited to someone who wants to transition from study into a real clinical environment where support, routine, and steady progression are built into the role.
