The purpose of this job is..
To provide a high-quality front-office experience within the Dental Practice, overseeing patient appointments, billing, payments, and records, while supporting clinical care delivery, promoting patient education in dental health, and contributing to the smooth and professional operation of the practice.
What you’ll need to make it possible:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, ideally within a healthcare or dental setting, with a strong focus on patient care and service.
- Manage front desk operations, including patient enquiries, appointment scheduling, recalls, and reminder calls.
- Process patient billing, payments, invoicing, and coordinate laboratory bookings as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and correspondence in line with practice and regulatory requirements.
- Provide a professional and welcoming environment while adhering to health, safety, information security standards, and Bupa’s values.
