Description & Requirements
Support Services Coordinator – Permanent Part Time | 32 Hours | Monday to Friday | Te Rapa, Hamilton
If you’ve worked in aged care, hospitality, or facility operations and enjoy keeping things organised behind the scenes, this role offers stability, structure, and variety without shift work.
Bupa Foxbridge Care Home & Retirement Village is looking for an experienced Support Services Coordinator to help oversee the day-to-day running of our support services functions across housekeeping, laundry, cleaning, and kitchen operations. This is a hands-on coordination role where strong routines, communication, and follow-through matter.
This role suits someone who enjoys structure, takes ownership naturally, and knows how to keep operational teams running consistently. You’ll need confidence working across multiple priorities, supporting people day-to-day, and maintaining standards in a busy environment.
You’ll work closely with frontline teams to maintain presentation standards, coordinate workflows, manage daily priorities, and help create a clean, welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
