Relieving Clinical Manager: Be at the Heart of Aged Care

That’s why we are seeking a full time, permanent Roving Clinical Manager for Bupa NZ. Where You’ll Make an Impact:
- Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in our care homes across the country.
- Ability to go into new environments and effectively lead a team of caregivers and nurses to provide the highest quality clinical care.
- Mentor and guide staff, and provide orientations for new members of the team.
- Ensure accurate documentation with oversight of staff education and performance.
- Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.
This is a permanent, full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with an on-call component, or, we do have a casual role available - taking opportunities that work in with home and family. This role is a great way to see different parts of beautiful New Zealand, while making a notable impact in our 40 care homes.
Your Person-First Approach:
You’ll help us make a real difference through your Clinical Leadership experience, personal passion, and empathy.
- Have extensive experience in aged care Clinical Management.
- Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Passion for leading a team to mentor and support others.
- Lead continuous quality improvements.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
