Description & Requirements
If you’re an experienced Registered Nurse who prefers structure over shift variability, this role offers one of the most predictable rosters you’ll find in aged care.
This is a permanent, fixed roster working Thursday and Friday 7.00am – 3.00pm, and Saturday and Sunday 6.45am – 3.00pm. Your schedule does not change. You work the same days and hours every week, with Monday to Wednesday completely free.
You’ll take ownership of your shifts, leading care delivery and making clinical decisions with confidence. The role suits a nurse who enjoys running a consistent routine, building familiarity with residents, and being a steady presence on the floor.
Based at Wattle Downs Care Home in South Auckland, this is a practical, well-structured role where you can focus on delivering quality care without the uncertainty of rotating rosters.
If you value routine, weekends don’t bother you, and you want your weekdays back, this is worth a look.
