Description & Requirements
Registered Nurse (Level 7) | Permanent Full Time (32 hrs) | Morning Shifts Wed–Sat 9:00am–3:30pm | Bupa Parkstone
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced aged care Registered Nurse to take ownership of the floor in a stable, well-supported care home environment, without the burnout of long shifts or rotating rosters.
Based at Parkstone Care Home in Christchurch, this permanent role offers consistent morning shifts across Wednesday to Saturday, giving you a predictable rhythm, genuine work-life balance, and the ability to lead when it matters most, during the day. You’ll be the senior clinical presence on shift, guiding care delivery, supporting your team, and ensuring residents receive the high-quality, person-centred care they deserve.
We’re looking for a confident and capable RN who brings proven aged care experience and is comfortable working with interRAI assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation. You naturally take ownership, can make sound decisions independently, and know how to lead and delegate effectively to care staff while maintaining a calm, supportive environment. Your ability to build trust with residents, families, and your team, alongside your attention to detail and commitment to high clinical standards, will set you up to succeed in this role.
If you’re ready to step into a position where you can lead with confidence, work consistent daytime hours, and make a meaningful impact every shift, this is your next move.
