Description & Requirements
Registered Nurse – Permanent Full Time (32 Hours) | 5-on, 3-off Roster | Thames
Join our Bupa Tararu Care Home in Thames and step into a structured 32-hour permanent position designed for balance, consistency, and quality care. With a 5-on, 3-off roster covering two morning, one afternoon, and two night shifts, you’ll enjoy a rhythm that gives you real downtime while still offering variety across your week.
This is a role for a confident aged care Registered Nurse who values routine, builds strong resident relationships, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll be someone who is comfortable working across all shifts, thrives in a team that relies on consistency, and brings a calm, capable presence, especially during nights. Your experience with InterRAI will allow you to confidently assess, plan, and adapt care to meet the changing needs of residents, while your clinical judgement and attention to detail ensure safe, effective outcomes every day.
If you’re looking to step away from the unpredictability of hospital rosters and into a role where you can truly connect with residents, be part of a reliable team, and enjoy a lifestyle that fits around you, this is the opportunity to make that move.
