Registered Nurse – Full Time Permanent | 32 Hours | Bupa Northhaven Care Home, Whangaparaoa

Are you an experienced RN passionate about aged care and dementia support?

In this role, you’ll work across rest home, hospital, and specialist dementia (psychogeriatric) care, building meaningful relationships with residents and supporting your team to deliver high-quality care every day.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a community-focused environment, values stability and continuity, and brings strong clinical assessment and care planning skills, experience in dementia or psychogeriatric care and a calm, confident approach to managing challenging behaviours.

Hours & Roster Details:

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Hours: Average 32 hours per week
Shift Time: 2 x Mornings & 2 x Afternoon
Roster Pattern: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)

Where You’ll Make an Impact:

Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Your Person-First Approach:

You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.

Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
