We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Glenburn Care Home in New Lynn, Auckland.

This is a fixed-term, full-time role that runs until November 2025. The roster is four days on, two days off, with an average of 32 hours per week. Covering the Morning and Afternoon shifts only. No Night Shift!

This role is perfect for someone who has strong aged care experience, is InterRAI trained, and enjoys working in a close-knit team. It could suit a nurse who is looking for steady work for the next six months, someone returning to nursing after time away, or an RN who enjoys variety and meaningful connections with residents.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
• Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
• Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.

• Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
• Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
• Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
