Part Time Registered Nurse - Fixed Term (Until 25 September 2026) | 28 HOURS PER WEEK

We are looking for a confident, resident-focused Registered Nurse who can lead a team to deliver person-centred care across the morning shift. If you bring strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a steady, compassionate approach, you’ll fit right in. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, sharpen your skills across all care levels, and play an essential role in delivering safe, meaningful care for our residents.

Hours & Roster Details:

• Employment Type: Fixed Term Part-Time (Until 25 September 2026)
• Hours: Average 28 hours per week
• Shift Time: 6:45am - 3:15pm shifts (AM only)
• Roster Pattern: 5 shifts on, 3 shifts off (8-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Provide person-centred clinical care for our 100 residents across rest home, hospital, and dementia level of care.
• Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
• Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.

• Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
• Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
• Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
