The Opportunity
This newly created role will provide practical coordination and continuous improvement support across care home operations. You’ll help reduce administrative burden, strengthen operational consistency and ensure leaders have clear, current and easy-to-use tools, processes and documentation.

About You
You’ll bring demonstratable experience within a large, complex organisation with an ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective working relationships. You’re highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities and able to demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualified preferably in a business or administration related subject.
- Previous experience maintaining documentation, processes or systems in a structured environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with great relationship-building ability.
- Ability to work independently and use your initiative.
- Practical, solution-focused approach with a willingness to help.
- Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
