What You’ll Do

• Clinical Leadership: Autonomously assess, diagnose and manage complex resident needs (in‑person and via telehealth).
• Collaborative Care: Coordinate with GPs, allied‑health teams and care‑home staff to deliver person‑centred plans.
• Telehealth & Digital: Use Health Direct and Best Practice for remote consultations, prescribing and documentation.
• Education & Mentoring: Coach nursing staff, allied health and NP candidates; contribute to policy and quality‑improvement projects.
• Governance & Research: Participate in clinical governance committees, research initiatives and Medication Advisory Committee.

What We’re Looking For

• Mandatory:
  • Bachelor of Nursing + Master of Nursing (NP) or equivalent
  • Current NMBA registration & NP endorsement
• Desirable:
  • Aged‑care or primary‑care NP experience
  • Dementia, palliative care & advance‑care planning expertise
  • Medicare billing and electronic‑records proficiency
