About the opportunity:
As a Centre Manager you’ll be benefiting from an experienced management team, exceptional development and opportunities to take you as far as you want to go; and that’s just to mention a few.
Medical leadership experience is obviously a bonus, but this role is also a great career step for those with solid Health Service experience that fit the criteria below.
- 1 x Full Time Centre Manager
- Efficient and effective operations of the Brand New Perth Bupa Medical Visa Services Centre.
- Profit and loss accountability for the medical assessment centre
- Effective management of contracted third party service providers to perform services to required standard
- Deploy consistent operating model which delivers an exceptional customer experience.
- Adherence to clinical safety and quality and Home Affairs Service Level agreements.
- Maximising the profit and loss outcomes for the Melbourne BMVS Centre without compromising clinical safety and quality and SLAs.
- As an experienced leader ensure effective management and leadership practices are adhered to, in order to embed the Bupa Leadership framework within the Centre.
- As a member of the BMVS leadership teamwork in collaboration with your peers to ensure service delivery outcomes are met in accordance with contractual obligations whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Legal and regulatory compliance, adherence to internal operating procedures together with the management of business risks is the responsibility of every Bupa employee. You are required to comply with Bupa’s risk and compliance policies, procedures, frameworks and regulatory requirements, as they apply to your specific role at Bupa
- Ensure that Bupa Australia’s Health & Safety policy and associated policies and procedures are effectively implemented to minimise risk and to provide employees with a safe working environment and safe systems of work.
You’ll be:
- Available to work full-time 38 hours weekly.
- Significant proven experience leading and managing medium to large scale operating environments in clinical or commercial setting
- Business management skills including the responsibility of managing the profit and loss outcomes
- Previous medical experience desirable, but we also welcome applications from successful experienced receptionist from health industries
- Experience in, and a reputation for, effective time management and delivery on KPIs with evidence of leading a team in the same Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
- Able to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they arise
