The heart of the roles
As either a Quality Education Manager or Care Manager, you won’t just support your team, you’ll empower them to grow, thrive, and deliver care that truly makes a difference.
You’ll take on a meaningful role in our welcoming care home, where each day brings new opportunities to coach, mentor and lead with purpose. With the freedom to shape best practice and inspire others, your work will have a lasting impact.
The duties of these roles vary depending on the position, needs of the homes and the mix of our residents and teams. What will you bring?
- Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA is essential.
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, delivering training.
- Ability to foster a team environment and build collaborative relationships.
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
- Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable.
