The purpose of this job is…
To support the effective and efficient operation of the practice by assisting the Practice Manager and ensuring high standards of operational performance.
What you’ll need to make it possible:
- Strong leadership and people skills – support and coach your team, manage schedules, help staff perform their best, and step in as Acting Practice Manager when needed.
- Operational and financial skills – help track goals, budgets, and practice performance, and take part in improving processes to make the practice run smoothly.
- Excellent communication and organisation – coordinate meetings, keep everyone informed, and handle orders, invoices, and staff administration efficiently.
- Customer-focused and responsible – ensure patients get fair and positive outcomes, follow safety and compliance rules, and act as a role model for Bupa’s values.
