The purpose of this role:
The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Partner is to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes by attracting and securing the right talent for Bupa Dental.
In this role, you will focus on recruiting volume roles, working closely with the business to understand current and future needs, and implementing effective sourcing strategies. This will include building strong talent pipelines, providing a seamless and positive candidate experience, and ensuring timely placement of roles. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in Bupa Dental, help shape the experience of candidates and ultimately deliver fantastic outcomes for our customers.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements.
What you’ll need to make it possible
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience recruiting volume roles
- is an adept relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- works well with both people and details – this role balances customer interactions (hiring leaders, stakeholders and candidates) with lots of legislative frameworks, nuanced processes and compliance activity - so you’ll need to be great at both
- has a tangible customer focus and solutions-orientated approach - we partner with our business closely to make sure we deliver what they need.
