The purpose of this role:
As a Strategic People Partner supporting Bupa Aged Care, you will work closely with Regional Managers and leaders across the business. You’ll be part of a high‑performing People team within one of Australia’s leading residential aged care providers, delivering practical, impactful HR guidance and supporting key people initiatives.
The role focuses on enabling leaders to deliver the people strategy through strong coaching, trusted advice and collaborative partnership. You’ll bring proven experience in a similar role, with the ability to build credible relationships, navigate people matters with empathy, and apply a thoughtful, solutions‑focused approach to people partnering.
What you’ll need to make it possible
- Previous experience in a similar role, partnering with leaders and delivering practical people solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders, providing trusted, insight‑led advice across the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong expertise in managing end‑to‑end employee relations matters with sound judgement and a practical approach.
- A hands‑on mindset combined with the ability to think strategically, anticipate business needs and deliver pragmatic, outcome‑focused solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer focus and the ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships.
- Broad generalist HR experience, including leadership capability, talent and succession planning, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
