The Opportunity
Bupa is seeking a highly skilled Senior End-to-End Business Analyst to join our Customer Process Improvement division on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile Remediation Program with direct impact on customer outcomes, regulatory compliance, and business performance.
In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Business Analyst and Remediation Project Manager to design, build, and refine remediation processes. You will manage multiple concurrent initiatives at varying lifecycle stages, providing critical analysis and structured recommendations to support timely and regulator-ready decision-making.
This fast-paced, complex environment is ideal for someone who thrives on ambiguity, challenging assumptions, and delivering high-quality outcomes under shifting priorities. You will influence process improvements, identify risk exposures, and ensure solutions are compliant, robust, and customer focused.
The role also offers strong potential for career growth within Bupa beyond the initial contract, providing exposure to enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex remediation initiatives
- Conduct structured incident analysis to determine root cause, control gaps, and customer impact
- Develop detailed end-to-end process maps (as-is and to-be), clearly articulating decision points, dependencies, and control requirements
- Formalise and validate clear, unambiguous business rules to support remediation calculations and execution
- Apply rigorous critical thinking to challenge assumptions, validate logic, and ensure remediation decisions are evidence-based and regulator ready
- Proactively identify risks, ambiguities, or inconsistencies in requirements, datasets, or processes, escalating with structured recommendations
- Elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to resolve complex issues and align on remediation approaches
- Partner with Data Analysts to assess remediation datasets, identify impacted customer cohorts, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure solutions embed appropriate risk controls and comply with regulatory and governance requirements
- Operate across concurrent remediation incidents at varying lifecycle stages without compromising quality or accuracy
- Support planning, testing, implementation, and change management activities
- Contribute to Business Analysis and Agile Communities of Practice, driving continuous improvement
About You

- Experience proactively identifying and escalating risks, inconsistencies, or control weaknesses with clear, structured recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent remediation streams at different stages of maturity, navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
