Bupa Windsor Park Care Home in Gore is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the team in a fixed term position through to 16 November 2026, working 29 hours per week on permanent night shifts.

For nurses based in Invercargill, this could be an excellent opportunity to enjoy a different pace of life while remaining within Southland. We're particularly interested in hearing from experienced or internationally qualified nurses who are confident stepping into aged care and ready to build valuable New Zealand RN experience. You'll take ownership of overnight clinical care, lead resident assessments and interventions, support caregivers on shift, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate care throughout the night.

If you're an experienced RN who values routine, enjoys working autonomously, and wants the security of a fixed term role through to late 2026, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

Hours & Roster Details:

Employment Type: Fixed Term Part-Time until 16-Nov-2026
Hours: Average 29 hours per week
Shift Time: Night Shift, 11pm to 7am

Skills and Qualifications

Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
