The opportunity
Step into a high‑impact role where your hospitality expertise can truly shape the experience of residents across multiple Bupa Aged Care homes. As our Regional Hospitality Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of exceptional food, cleaning and laundry services across a regional portfolio in Victoria.
This is an opportunity to influence standards, uplift team capability and ensure our residents enjoy nutritious meals, beautifully presented spaces, and a consistently warm, welcoming environment. You’ll be the trusted partner to our Chef Managers, Housekeeping Supervisors and General Managers—bringing coaching, leadership and operational insight to help every home thrive.
How will I help?
Championing Quality & Resident Experience
- Coaching catering and housekeeping teams to deliver inviting meals, high hygiene standards and personalised service
- Building strong relationships with residents and families to understand what matters most to them
Strengthening Operational Performance
- Ensuring dietary documentation, menus and compliance processes are consistently followed
- Helping teams manage budgets effectively, minimise wastage and work with approved suppliers
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and development of Chef Managers and Housekeeping Supervisors
Building Capability & Leading Change
- Identifying skills gaps and driving targeted upskilling across your portfolio
- Contributing to state‑based hospitality initiatives, workshops, new home openings and supplier demonstrations
What do I need?
- Experience leading hospitality operations in Aged Care, Retirement Living, Hotels or Restaurants
- Ability to travel across Victoria and be mobile to visit care homes
- Strong understanding of food safety, accreditation, compliance and OH&S requirements
- Proven capability in managing budgets, audits and cost‑of‑goods
- A coaching style that inspires and develops diverse teams across multiple sites
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with residents, families and stakeholders
- Desirable: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and familiarity with housekeeping operations
