Description & Requirements
We’re looking for a motivated, relationship driven leader to join our Retail Partnerships Program. In this role, you will drive referral partnerships across the Bupa ecosystem to connect more customers with Bupa’s expanding health services offering. You’ll have direct accountability for sales growth across multiple channels and for building and managing strong on-the-ground partner relationships.
No two days are ever the same. You’ll work closely with practice managers, medical professionals, store leaders, and regional managers to support our connected care strategy, deepening the relationships our customers have with Bupa. You’ll also play a key role in implementing programs of work and providing ongoing support to the wider business.
This role requires a commercially minded business development professional who knows how to coach peers and guide conversations that identify core customer needs. With a high level of autonomy, you will balance independent decision-making with collaboration, and be directly accountable for customer outcomes and long term partner success.
What You’ll Be Doing
Here's what you can look forward to in this role:
- Drive referral partnerships that connect more customers to Bupa’s health services and deliver sales growth across channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, practice managers, store leaders, and regional managers to support Bupa’s connected care strategy.
- Manage referral targets and performance, ensuring growth and engagement are achieved.
- Implement and oversee referral initiatives, campaigns, and partner programs, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage referral processes, ensuring tools and systems are up to date and frontline teams are supported to deliver.
- Design and manage incentive programs to drive referrals and strengthen partner engagement.
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and partner reviews to assess performance, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes and grow referral channels.
- Champion opportunities to promote Bupa and expand customer reach.
- You may also carry out any other duties reasonably requested by Bupa from time to time.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- Degree qualified or appropriate business qualifications (desired)
- Relationship management experience across heath care sector – I.e. Health insurance, dental, optical
- High computer literacy and intermediate experience in Microsoft office suite.
- Strong experience in B2B and/or B2C sales/relationship management with a demonstrated knowledge of market triggers affecting the business.
- Demonstrated success in relationship management and driving growth outcomes with external partners.
- Ability to make highly successful presentations to audiences of various sizes and to various senior positions.
- Demonstrated record of successfully driving worksite-marketing sales plans
- Previous work experience in Health/Service-related industry - sales, business development, customer service or management.
- Job candidates should have demonstrated abilities to exceed target revenue goals, provide excellent customer service, build long-term relationships, and work in a team-oriented environment.
