Employment Type Receptionist: Part Time – 24 hours, can be open to casual status if preferred
Working Hours: 3 days per week. Wednesday is a definite day, with 2 other days availability
Employment Type Dental Assistant: Part Time – 36 hours, can be open to casual status if preferred
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday

The purpose of this job is…
The Receptionist will provide reception services at the front office of the Dental Practices, manage patient appointment, billing, payment receipt, records and document management.
The Dental Assistant will support the delivery of safe clinical care and procedures and contribute to achieving patient care goals in dental health. This role ensures that all equipment and supplies adhere to infection control standards, including the sterilisation and processing of dental equipment and the treatment rooms are maintained in a safe and organised manner.
What you’ll need to make it possible
- Receptionist role: Available to work part-time, 3 days, Wednesday required with availability on another 2 days
- Receptionist role: Previous Dental Reception experience required
- Dental Assistant role: Available to work 4 days across Monday to Thursday
- Dental Assistant role: Previous Dental Assistant experience required
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
