With ongoing training and support provided, we would like to hear from passionate Receptionists interested in working on a full-time fixed term basis; this role is to cover a maternity leave. The days and hours required are Tuesday – Friday 8:45am – 5:15pm and Saturdays 8:45am – 4:15pm.

The Heart of the Role:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
• Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
• Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
• Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
• Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Handling payments
• Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
• Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
• Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you'll bring:

• Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded
• Passionate about customer service / patient care
• Organised with attention to detail
• A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
