The Heart of the role:
- Coaching, leading & developing a high performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients
- Assist with overall financial performance of the practice in line with the approved budget
- Maintain sterilisation, infection control standards and stock control
- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
- General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps
- Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers
- Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff
What you'll bring:
- Prior business and people management experience essential
- Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
- Understanding how to generate income and control costs
- Able to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they arise
- Comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and your practice team
- Experienced in comprehending and managing the P&L for the practice
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
- The ability to communicate proficiently in both English and Mandarin is highly desirable for this role
