The purpose of this job is…
To successfully lead the practice by listening to understand, driving engagement and fostering a patient-centric team, while collaborating closely with the Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal to develop, manage and implement project-based business development initiatives across two of our practices. The role focuses on delivering whole-of-business outcomes, including increased revenue, improved conversion rates, enhanced chair utilisation and optimised overall practice performance.
What you’ll need to make it possible
- The ability to build and sustain a high-performance culture focused on accountability, productivity, collaboration and exceptional patient care.
- Proven people leadership capability, including recruiting, onboarding, retaining and developing teams through regular performance reviews, coaching and tailored development plans.
- A track record of identifying and developing future leaders, addressing performance issues early, professionally and with care.
- Strong operational leadership to oversee day-to-day practice operations, refine systems and workflows, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery for patients.
- A hands-on, results-driven leadership style with the commercial acumen to manage complex or multi-site operations while balancing staffing levels and team wellbeing.
- High emotional intelligence, excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to influence, motivate and inspire teams at all levels.
