The purpose of this job is to

Lead the practice with clarity and purpose, driving engagement, championing a patient-centric culture, and partnering closely with the Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal to achieve outstanding results.

What you’ll need to make it possible 

• Proven experience leading a dental practice (or strong healthcare management background) with the confidence to own the day-to-day operations
• Sharp business acumen you know how to drive revenue, control costs, and manage a P&L
• Strong leadership skills that inspire teams, build accountability, and create a high-performance culture
• Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to handle tough conversations and resolve issues quickly
• Outstanding organisational ability, keeping people, processes, and patient experiences running seamlessly
