We are on the lookout for a People Services Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. If you are detail-oriented, keen to learn and have a passion for HR, we want to hear from you!
In the People Services Administrator role, you will take charge of processing HRIS (Workday, Service Now and Avature) system activities and provide timely and precise support for all people-related enquiries.
You will be excited about streamlining operations and increasing efficiency, while working in a high-performing and supportive team.
While the role is preferably based in Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements, we welcome applications from individuals located in Sydney and Brisbane.
What will my day involve?
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service through email/phone, Microsoft Teams and Service Now, addressing general HR queries, and providing guidance on employment-related matters.
- Responding promptly to and efficiently completing Workday processing activities, maintaining the highest levels of data accuracy throughout the process.
- Creating and managing employee-related documentation, including contracts and letters, with a meticulous focus on accuracy and adherence to Bupa policies and protocols.
- Investigating and resolving complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, particularly those that may impact employee pay.
- Maintaining a solid understanding of employment legislation, relevant industrial awards, and Bupa HR policies and practices, ensuring the delivery of accurate support and guidance.
What will I bring?

- Experience with HRIS systems and phone-based support
- Experience with Service Now or similar online case management tools
- Qualifications in HR (Certificate IV, diploma or degree) and/or Business Administration, or similar is desirable
