About the role

Are you passionate about customer care and helping people see their best? Join our friendly, professional team as an Optical Dispenser at Bupa Optical Maroochydore You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and quality eyewear solutions to our customers.

Surrounded by a dedicated team and supportive leader you will play a key role in a high performing store. Working with designer brands like Tom Ford, YSL, Prada and Gucci you can offer the best products in the market whilst delivering exceptional service to our customers.

This position will be offered as Permanent PT opportunity (26 hours a fortnight)

What you will do:

• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses tailored to their needs and style
• Accurately fit, adjust and repair glasses to ensure comfort and vision quality
• Provide expert advice on optical products, lens types, coatings and accessories
• Work closely with our optometrists to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Maintain store presentation and uphold brand standards

About you:

• Previous experience as an Optical Dispenser is preferred but not essential
• Or Retail experience with a strong interest in healthcare
• A warm, professional manner with a focus on customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative workplace

Successful candidate must have current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
