We have a great new permanent opportunity for an Operational Change Manager to join our Technology Operations team. You’ll be responsible for managing the operational aspects of IT changes that have the potential to impact the day-to-day operations of Bupa IT landscape and provide recommendations to mitigate risk by ensuring that changes to Bupa’s technology are implemented safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to business operations. 

Skills required to be successful in the role: 

• 5 to 7 years' experience in a similar role within a large complex enterprise Technology role 
• ITIL v3 certification highly desired 
• ITIL 4 understanding. 
• Demonstrated knowledge & experience in change management with a good understanding of technology service practices. 
• Practical experience in change Management methodologies, 
• Experience working in a Digital, eCommerce environment is desirable. 
• Experience working in a complex, multi-vendor enterprise environment is highly desirable. 
• Demonstrated ability to work within the constraints of process, whilst also thinking outside the box. 
• Strong analytical and statistical capabilities, and the ability to present data in the context of business requirements. 
• Strong understanding of networking and cloud technologies.
