We are seeking a Lead Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our team on a part-time basis, working a minimum of 3 days per week across a mix of Urgent Care and General Practice.

The Opportunity
This is a unique leadership role within a dual-service medical centre offering both GP and Urgent Care.
You will support clinical operations while delivering hands-on care, working closely with GPs and the clinical team to ensure high-quality outcomes and efficient workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting the nursing team
- Coordinating patient flow and clinical delivery
- Supporting GP services including immunisations,proceduresand chronic care
- Driving clinical standards and continuous improvement
- Mentoring and developing staff
About You
- Bachelor of Nursing (or higher)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in primary care including experience in urgent care, emergency or an acute setting
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
