About the Home Our Wodonga care home is situated near the NSW/VIC boarder, in the historic town of Wodonga. It is close to the local community, near the town centre, Murray River, local parks and transport links. It consists of 116 beds, in a one storey, wide building, consisting of low and high care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

About the Role
Use your fantastic housekeeping skills in a role where you really can make a difference. Provide our residents with an empathetic and personal approach.
Duties
- Sort linen to be washed
- Load washers and dryers
- Hang, fold and wrap or iron linen as required
- Maintain legislated workplace health and safety practices
- Ad hoc support to the broader team as required, including catering and cleaning
Skills and Experience
- Cert III Hospitality highly regarded
- Aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
