Description & Requirements
We are currently recruiting for talented Invoice Operations Consultant to join our ADF Health Services Contract. Reporting to the Invoice Operations Manager an opportunity has become available on a full time, permanent basis. Based in our Melbourne CBD office (commencing in January 2026 for a 12 month contract), you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all administration and processing tasks for the Invoice Operations Team. All invoices must be processed in accordance with provider contracts, industry body rules, and as such this role involves adherence to the quality framework.
Key accountabilities include:
- Invoicing assessment and processing for payment
- Management of queue work
- Actively participate as a team player to strive towards the overall performance of the Invoicing team
- Accountable for your scorecard and its deliverables
- Attending and participating in team meetings, coaching sessions, training and one on ones
What do I need?
- Available to work full-time Monday to Friday, with Tuesdays working from our state-of-the-art office in Melbourne CBD
- Position to begin in January 2026 (12 month contract)
- Entry level role into corporate – perfect for school leavers or
- Previous experience in processing and administration, data entry or contact centre roles
- Strong communication and customer service skills as well as business acumen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed turnaround times (SLA’s/ KPI’s)
- Energetic and enthusiastic team player and ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- You must be an Australian citizen and be able to attain and maintain a baseline security clearance from the Defence security and vetting service
