About the Role
The Invoicing Escalations Consultant is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration and processing tasks for the Invoice Operations Team, ensuring all invoices are processed in compliance with provider contracts and industry rules, while adhering to the quality framework.
It is a 12 Month Maternity Leave Cover and only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of escalated invoices, including processing, rejecting, and adjusting invoices.
- Regularly interact with internal and external partners to resolve invoice payment issues through calls and emails.
- Investigate payment inquiries and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues, including retrieving necessary documentation.
- Manage and respond to emails.
- Actively participate in team efforts to improve overall invoicing performance.
- Take accountability for scorecard deliverables.
- Provide feedback to management on process improvements.
- Attend and engage in team meetings, coaching sessions, training, and one-on-ones.
