About the role:
Reporting to and supported by the Team Leader, Pathology Collectors/Health Assessors will be responsible for providing quality health assessments to customers undertaking a medical assessment as part of their visa application process.
Details of the role:
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Pathology Collector (Health Assessor) to join our Adelaide team on a casual basis. Must be available Week days and weekends.
- Casual Role - Working across a rotational roster
- Medical centre hours are from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm Saturday to Sunday
- Experience in Pathology collection is a must
- Working in a close nit team, in a very fast paced environment!
The role includes:
- Identity checks, blood pressure, height, weight, body mass index, vision testing, and venepuncture
- Facilitate smooth delivery of the applicants through the medical assessment to ensure a timely and accurate service
- Adhere to clinical governance and associated policies and procedures
- Accurate documentation of results in eHealth record
Your background:
- Certificate III or IV in Pathology (mandatory)
- Phlebotomy experience essential Minimum 3years experience
- Experience working with people of multi-cultural background
- Excellent customer service skills
