About the role:
We are looking for a General Manager of Growth & Implementation for our growing network of Mindplace mental health clinics.
As part of the leadership team, you will take the strategic growth of our Mindplace clinics from concept to reality. You will turn ambitious plans into commercially viable, operationally ready clinics - backed by strong financials, governance, and stakeholder buy in. This role is for someone who thrives on strategic execution, enjoys collaborating to drive execution, and wants their work to genuinely improve lives.
What you'll do:
- Shape the future - Partner with the Director to drive long-term vision and growth strategy for mental health services
- Deliver results - Own the strategic roadmap and coordinate across clinical, property, finance, IT, legal, and people teams to hit key milestones
- Execute high-impact projects - Lead strategic initiatives from concept to completion, on time and on target
- Drive growth through M&A - Assess and integrate acquisitions that strengthen our business model
- Make data driven decisions - Build compelling business cases with data-driven insights to guide future strategic direction
- Stay ahead of the market - Monitor industry trends, competitors, policy changes, and funding to keep our strategy competitive
About you:
We’re looking for a proven general manager or senior executive with extensive experience overseeing multi-site or Telehealth operations, ideally within healthcare, or human services sectors. You will bring a strong track record in project management, commercial growth experience, start up and/or big corporation exposure. Experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and compliance within a regulated environment is essential, along with the ability to partner effectively with a service delivery workforce and corporate leaders to support growth and innovation.
You know how to turn plans into action and get things done with focus, energy, and accountability.
