Customer Service Consultant – Rostering & Payroll-Expression of Interest
As we continue to grow across the Gold Coast region, we are inviting Expressions of Interest from motivated Customer Service Consultants with proven experience in rostering and payroll processes.
Become a key part of a collaborative team that keeps everything running behind the scenes. As our Business Administrator, also known as Customer Service Consultant (CSC) within Bupa, you’ll work closely with your fellow CSC and General Manager to play a vital role in welcoming new staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring our rostering and payroll systems stay on track — while also supporting front‑of‑house operations with warm, professional receptionist duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Some of your responsibilities include but are not limited to –
- Support and oversee the care home employee experience
- Administer rosters in accordance with requirements as set out in the respective Enterprise Agreement (EA), budgets and workforce optimisation guidelines.
- Partake in Recruitment activities to support General Manager to facilitate an excellent candidate experience through to the onboarding of new starters.
- Actively manage employee leave, both planned and unplanned.
- Process payroll, reconciliations, and enquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain quality and accurate employee record management.
This role also involves receptionist duties that require you to –
- Deliver a customer‑centric experience for residents, employees, visitors, and suppliers
- Provide efficient administrative support, including document management, mail, security, and reporting
- Manage financial transactions such as petty cash, receipts, and banking
- Use the purchase‑to‑pay system to ensure adherence to the administrative budget
- Support the Care Home leadership team with organisational initiatives and community events
- Lead continuous improvement activities by gathering and actioning feedback from residents and employees
