At Bupa, purpose meets possible. Join us and help shape a future where healthcare is more connected, more personal and more human.
We’re a global healthcare leader trusted by millions and committed to helping people to live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. Healthcare is changing, and so are we. We’re investing in more clinics, better systems and smarter, more connected ways to help our customers. As we continue to expand our services and invest in innovation, you’ll help create a healthcare system that meets people where they are, responds to what they need and leaves them better than before.
Here, your work has purpose, your voice matters and your future is full of possibility. Just imagine the impact you could make.
The purpose of this role:
As an Early Intervention Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring workplace incidents resulting in injury are managed quickly and effectively from the outset. You’ll support early triage, connect with leaders and employees to provide guidance and coordinate immediate support, and assist with return-to-work planning.
Working closely with the Injury Management team, you’ll help gather critical information, maintain accurate records, and ensure data is timely and reliable. With a strong focus on communication, organisation and attention to detail, you’ll contribute to positive outcomes for employees while supporting a proactive, wellbeing-focused culture across the business.
This is a fantastic development opportunity, ideal for someone looking to build a career in injury management in the corporate setting, or for those currently in an allied health role who are keen to move into the occupational rehabilitation space supported by an experienced team.
What you’ll need to make it possible
- Experience in administrative, coordination, or customer service roles
- Exposure to injury management, HR or WHS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, MS Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting positive recovery and return-to-work outcomes
- Proven ability to meet KPIs, particularly in relation to data accuracy, customer service and outcomes
Why you’ll love it?
We support our people to be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. From providing initiatives that develop careers to looking after our people’s health, wellbeing and futures. Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, with a mix of time in the office and at home, while having plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and take your experience to the next level.
If this sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s shape the future of healthcare, together.
