The opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Dimensions Support Team Lead to join Bupa!
Bringing your previous Team Leader experience with Time & Attendance, you will lead a team of UKG Dimensions Support Consultants and manage pay period close activities in collaboration with the Business in an efficient and timely manner.
You will also be responsible for the overall management of employee data within Dimensions. This includes accountability for the design of seamless ways of working to ensure systems processes align to allow for easy facilitation of operational people processes that result in exceptional customer service.
This is a permanent full-time role and can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane with hybrid work arrangements available.
How will I help?
- Lead a team of Dimensions Support Consultants.
- Manage Dimensions pay period close activities in an efficient and timely manner.
- Responsible for the overall management of accurate employee data input within Dimensions, including routine reporting and actions taken to reconcile data accuracy and system auditing.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to the team.
- Ensure service level agreements are met for manager and employees and deliver an exceptional customer service experience through the effective management of the team and outcomes.
- Investigate and resolve service delivery tickets from the business, line managers and employees related to time and attendance processes or system issues.
- Providing input into the design and continuous update of training materials and frameworks.
- Development and facilitation of training sessions with end users, line managers, and senior leaders within the Business.
- Investigate and resolve system issues and complaints in a timely manner, with particular focus on those which may impact employee pay.
- Maintain an advanced understanding of Bupa People policies and practices to ensure that services meet governance and compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively to develop seamless ways of working with other areas of the people function and other functional stakeholders to ensure end to end processes meet the expectations of our employees.

What do I need?
- Previous experience in a Team Leader or Manager role.
- Experience with Time and Attendance systems (Dimensions is preferred).
- Experience with Service Now or similar online case management tools.
- Experience with functional development and delivery of technical solutions that work across people system technologies.
- Ability to effectively engage and align with various stakeholders both internally within the Business but also externally with our suppliers and Vendors.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
