You'll have the opportunity to support multiple digital squads while working within a collaborative and highly supportive research team

- Generate meaningful customer insights that inform digital product and service design decisions.

- Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to support evidence-based decision making.
- Facilitate and support workshops that translate customer insights into opportunities and solutions.
- Manage research projects from planning through to presentation and delivery of outcomes.
- Ensure research activities are conducted in line with ethical, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to research repositories, knowledge sharing, and best-practice research operations
About You
