The purpose of this job is…
The Dental Assistant contributes to quality patient care by supporting clinical dental procedures, maintaining strict infection control standards, and ensuring equipment and treatment rooms are safe, prepared, and efficiently managed.
What you’ll need to make it possible:
Part-time availability Tuesday to Friday — dental assisting experience is a must; Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded
Provide confident chair-side assistance, including suction, instrument and material handling, mixing techniques, X-rays, and strong knowledge of dental instrumentation
Maintain high clinical standards by preparing treatment rooms, cleaning and sterilising instruments and equipment, and adhering to infection control, WHS, and BDC procedures
Support smooth practice operations by managing appointment bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and rebooking's with a high level of accountability and discretion
