The purpose of this job
The Corporate Partnership Manager is primarily responsible for the management, development and growth of existing and new corporate accounts.
This role is responsible to deliver annual revenue targets by establishing sustainable business to business partnerships with a portfolio of Gold and Silver clients. The role will include all aspects of account management, including working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement annual customer growth plans to deliver performance targets.
What you’ll need to make it possible
- Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent market experience
- Experience exceeding sales targets selling private health insurance, or similar business to business sales experience
- Proven account management capability with business to business clients
- Adaptable to changing circumstances and able to deal with ambiguity by making positive changes
- Able to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ability to identify and lead commercial opportunities for the broader Bupa business
- Extensive knowledge of the key drivers for Corporate organisations with regard to health and benefits
- Strong insights to the corporate private health insurance sector
- Established network within the corporate market
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Deliver agreed performance targets including revenue/new to fund growth, client retention, gross margin and customer/client experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with client (/broker) stakeholders and internal stakeholders, aiming to deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet required client service level expectations and compliance with usage of CRM system
- Promote Bupa as the preferred partner for overall employee health and wellbeing and champion a holistic health approach that meets client and customer needs
- Develop business plan to identify opportunities and growth plan to deliver portfolio performance targets
- Develop and execute customer growth plans including annual activity plans and annual review for all clients
