The role
At Bupa, we’re focused on making healthcare more affordable and accessible for our members. Join us as a Corporate Partnership Manager and lead the growth of key corporate accounts, driving significant revenue and long-term business relationships. You’ll manage a portfolio of Gold and Silver clients, crafting and executing growth strategies that deliver results. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, collaborate with diverse teams, and continue to drive business growth.
In this role, you’ll:
- Be based in Sydney, comfortable meeting with partners face to face as well as virtually, drive team collaboration in the office and have suitable work from home area.
- Deliver on performance goals, including revenue, client retention, margin, and customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service.
- Embed Bupa’s Health caring proposition within our corporate partnerships
- Meet service level expectations and ensure proper CRM system usage for tracking and reporting.
- Develop and execute business and growth plans to identify opportunities and drive portfolio performance.
- Represent Bupa’s core values internally and while engaging with external business partners:

- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic B2B client accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Strong ability to have B2B conversations with various level stakeholders to have influential conversations to drive sales outcomes
- Thrive in dynamic environments, ability to multitask while confidently navigating change and uncertainty to drive positive outcomes.
- Deep understanding of the key drivers behind corporate health and benefits programs.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience with a proven ability to drive results.
- Strong expertise in the corporate private health insurance is sector an advantage. Alternatively experience in a regulated industry such as insurance, banking or finance.
