The purpose of this job is:
We have an opening for a Clinical Performance Manager to strengthen clinical governance structures, systems, analytics and clinical outcomes for Bupa APAC (Australia, Hong Kong and New Zealand). Over the next 3 years, Bupa APAC’s strategy involves significant growth and diversification of in-person and digital healthcare services to support customers to maintain their health and wellness. This position plays a key role in ensuring Bupa consistently delivers safe, high‑quality care, service and experiences for customers, patients and residents.
Working within the APAC Clinical Governance Team, this role will partner with stakeholders to ensure robust and effective clinical governance structures, systems and processes while managing and continuously seeking performance efficiencies in the clinical data lifecycle, including coordinating of clinical governance reporting, clinical data governance, analysis and identification of emerging risk.
Reporting to the Head of Clinical Performance Improvement, this position is a part of the line 2 Risk & Compliance APAC team, is offered as permanent, full-time hours based at our Melbourne offices with flexible, hybrid work arrangements available.

What is needed to make it possible:
- A nursing degree or allied health qualification with current unconditional and unrestricted professional AHPRA registration.
- Professional work experience in clinical governance, clinical quality improvement/audit, risk or performance management, reflective of approximately3yearstodemonstrateyourproficiencyinstrengthening clinical governance systems, frameworks and reporting.
- Advanced analytical skills, MS Office PowerBI and Excel, to interpret and visualise clinical data, identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities and to prepare comprehensive clinical governance reports and papers.
- Influential communication skills to establish trusted relationships across clinical and operational teams, enterprise wide.
