The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Clinical Education Manager to join our dental team and play a pivotal role in enriching the clinician experience across our network. Reporting to the Principal Dental Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering our dental value proposition through innovative clinical engagement strategies and educational initiatives.

This role will be part-time two days per week with flexible work from home opportunities and can be based anywhere in Australia.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with academic institutions, advocacy groups, peak bodies and key stakeholders
- Represent Bupa Dental at professional events including ADX, ADA conferences and tertiary open days
- Serve as the key contact for our Graduate Dentist Program
- Lead program rollout, onboarding and ongoing evolution of education pathways
- Coordinate virtual and in-person CPD events and initiatives
- Build cohesive working relationships across the broader business
- Manage and enhance the Clinician Hub including toolkits, training materials, education calendars and policy documentation
What you will bring:
- Clinical background in dentistry, being a registered dental practitioner (dentist OR oral health practitioner) is preferable
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and gain alignment at all levels
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
- Understanding of risk management and compliance obligations
- Available to work two days per week with some additional flexibility required around conferences and events throughout the year
