Description & Requirements
The Business Support Associate - Broker is primarily responsible for administrative and process support tasks required by Corporate Partnership Managers whose responsibility is the growth of existing and new corporate accounts.
The role will include aspects of administrative support to facilitate account management, including working with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
How will I help?
- Develop and maintain relationships internal stakeholders, aiming to deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet required client service level expectations and compliance with usage of CRM system
- Promote Bupa as the preferred partner for overall employee health and wellbeing and champion a holistic health approach that meets client and customer needs
- Regularly seek feedback from Internal Stakeholders
- Deliver Reporting and administrative tasks including: PM Closure, Organisational Dashboards, Health Plan Reports, Support collation of client quarterly presentation packs, CRM Inputs as required, assisting with client renewals, support Internal projects as required
- Maintain knowledge of Bupa products and services and achieve account management competency expectations

What do I need?
- Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent market experience
- Proven administration management capability
- Adaptable to changing circumstances and able to deal with ambiguity by making positive changes
- Able to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders
- Insights to the corporate private health insurance sector
- Account management experience highly desirable
