About the Practice:
Our Face Value Dental practice is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an Assistant Practice Manager as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 9-chair practice. The Opportunity:
We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Brisbane City, QLD practice available for an Assistant Practice Manager seeking permanent full-time work: 

The Heart of the role: 

• Assist the Practice Manager with coaching, leading & developing a high performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients
• Maintain sterilisation, infection control standards and stock control
• Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
• General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps
• Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers
• Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff

What you'll bring:

• Available to work Monday to Friday 
• Previous dental experience desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other industries
• Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management
• Able to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they arise
• Comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and your practice team
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
